Ah, optimism... often good, sometimes a thorough bitch. Great song b.t.w. :D, good to hear a positive vibe in this one. Hope this doesn't come across wrong, but I like how inorganic this sounds.

As a side note, I like both organic (inconsistent wave shapes, lots of reverb) and inorganic electronic music, as long as the instruments used are true to themselves, not trying to be what they're not.

It is indeed, good stuff.

There is one little thing that bothers me slightly, probably totally irrelevant to all here, but at about 3:35, there is a sound in the left channel that sounds like a door being slammed shut. I just thought it might be something interesting to take a look at. =P

There isn't much more to be said that hasn't been said before. You get a 5 from me, not just to counter-act the zero-bombers. This isn't everyone's cup of tea, which is to say, congrats :P.

... yes it is a cold world.

Most importantly, a great atmosphere in the music. The crickets and rain (and waves?) really add depth. Good use of side-chaining. Strings were done right.
